Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Store Streets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms in full.
Use of the app
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the app.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Orders, payments, and merchants
Store Streets enables you to discover deals and place orders with independent local merchants. We are not the seller of the goods listed in the app — the merchant is. We facilitate the transaction and the delivery network.
Prices, availability, and delivery windows are set by the merchant and may change without notice.
Doorstep rides, parcels, and payments
Rides and parcel deliveries are carried out by independent delivery partners. Store Streets is a technology platform that connects you with them and processes payments; we do not provide the transport or delivery ourselves.
We decide the fares, booking fees, commissions, incentives, and other payment terms, and may change them at any time. The price shown when you book applies to that booking, apart from charges that arise during the trip such as waiting time, tolls, and parking.
Tips and the priority bonus are optional and go to the delivery partner in full.
We process payments through payment providers. If a payment, refund, or payout is delayed, we will work to resolve it as soon as reasonably possible. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, UPI, payment gateways, or other third parties.
Store Streets is not responsible for any payment disagreement between a customer and a delivery partner at the time of pickup or delivery, for any transaction between users outside the app, or for loss, damage, delay, theft, or injury connected with a ride or parcel, except where the law does not allow us to exclude responsibility.
If something is not resolved, email support@storestreets.com or raise a ticket in the app. We will review it and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the app to engage in fraud, misuse promotional offers, scrape or copy our content, attempt to compromise our security, or harass other users, merchants, or delivery partners.
Content and intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided through Store Streets are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

Some articles on our blog are drafted with the help of an AI writing assistant and reviewed by our team before publishing. Any such article is clearly marked as AI-generated on the page itself.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Streets disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
