By creating an account or using Store Streets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms in full.
Use of the app
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the app.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Orders, payments, and merchants
Store Streets enables you to discover deals and place orders with independent local merchants. We are not the seller of the goods listed in the app — the merchant is. We facilitate the transaction and the delivery network.
Prices, availability, and delivery windows are set by the merchant and may change without notice.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the app to engage in fraud, misuse promotional offers, scrape or copy our content, attempt to compromise our security, or harass other users, merchants, or delivery partners.
Content and intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided through Store Streets are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Streets disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
